A young Frank Sinatra snaps his fingers while performing on stage in this undated photo. Sinatra's ties in Las Vegas go back to 1941 when he appeared in the film "Las Vegas Nights" as an uncredited singer in the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra. His Vegas stage debut did not occur until 1951.
