Steven Rankin, 23, was arrested June 28, 2012 on charges that included first degree kidnapping, pandering a child with force, and living from the earnings of a prostitute. Rankin was arrested after a joint Metro Police and FBI investigation that was part of the the two agencies' "Innocence Lost" project. Metro Police said Rankin was housing four female victims in his two-bedroom apartment, near Maryland Parkway and Flamingo Road.
