Las Vegas Metro Police Department
Metro Police say they've located Tineesha Lashun Howard, aka Yenesis "Yeni" Alfonzo, left, their "person of interest" in the Feb. 21, 2013, shooting on the Strip. Howard is pictured with Ammar Harris, 26, who has been charged in a warrant with three counts of murder associated with the shooting. Harris remains at large.
