Hussong's Cantina owner Scott Frost's friend Allan Duffy has been fond of introducing the 6-foot-7-inch entrepreneur as El Gigante, and now the nickname has made it into Hussong's newest cocktail. It starts with Corzo reposado tequila infused in-house with grilled ruby-red grapefruit, ginger and lemongrass, mixes in Cointreau, fresh lemon juice, hibiscus syrup, a pinch of salt and flamed bitters and gets topped off with ginger beer. Proceeds from sales of the cocktail go to the Spinal Injury Recovery Foundation.
