Willie Lee Shannon was living in the 2600 block of 82nd Avenue East in Ellenton, Fla., when he was arrested Tuesday in connection with the 1981 slaying of Jamey Walker, who police say was kidnapped and sexually assaulted before being thrown off a bridge.
