Rick Mazer, currently Indiana regional president and general manager of Horseshoe Hammond and Horseshoe Indiana, will succeed Marrandino as regional president of Harrah's Las Vegas, Flamingo, Imperial Palace, Bill's Gamblin' Hall and O'Sheas.
