HAHA! Just before readin the caption on the TV screen, I had made the guess that it was a picture of Obama making the State of the Union address. You are an interesting guy, Mr. Mike Smith, expressing Democrat views while living in a city that offers Shot Gun Weddings and the like...
The only thing you missed was reaching - off camera - for the bottle of water. When I studied acting, that sort of action would drive the professor to apoplexy as it was a sign of being scared.
Sen. Rubio knew full well that the republican response was complete dreck and would not resonate with the average American.
Only when the republicans stop being the voice of the ultra-conservatives and the hard right quasi-religious christians will they be a worthy political party. Until then it's the same tired and worn out, "BLAH, BLAH, BLAH,BLAH."
If the GOP response was a repeat, why don't I remember the liberals crying about Hispanics drinking water, last year??
