Liberty For All

Las Vegas Sun sports editors Ray Brewer and Case Keefer discuss Liberty's momentous win over the top-ranked team in Texas, and give an ode to all the other great games high school football has produced so far.

Pahrump Valley got back on the winning track in a big way Friday night, smashing Boulder City 35-6.

The Trojans scored early in the first quarter, and the game was never close again. Both Jesse Dillon and Case Murphy scored multiple touchdowns.

Both of Dillon’s forays into the end zone were off of rushes. Murphy also had a touchdown run, but added a 55-yard fumble recovery return to his own statistics.

Nico Velasquez scored Pahrump Valley’s other touchdown to help the Trojans improve to 2-1.
