A man is in the hospital after his car rolled over in a two-vehicle collision in the western part of the valley today.
The incident occurred around 12:30 p.m. near Lake Mead and Rainbow boulevards when two cars collided, causing one to roll over, Metro Police Lt. Jeff Goodwin said.
The driver of the rolled-over vehicle was found in his backseat and taken to UMC with injuries that were not life-threatening, Goodwin said.
The driver of the other vehicle was not taken to the hospital, Goodwin said.
Westbound Lake Mead was closed while police investigated the scene.
