Robinson shows his cards in column

One statement in Eugene Robinson’s column “Nuggets of realism amid Bibi’s bluster” (Las Vegas Sun, March 11) underscores the reality of his worldview. As if just writing an ignorant opinion makes it so, does anyone think the following quote doesn’t invalidate his entire piece?

“It should be noted, for the record, that the Iranian government firmly denies any intention to build nuclear weapons, now or in the future.”

And Robinson doesn’t ridicule this. To the contrary, he uses it to mock Isreal’s existential arguments. Denying intensions all they want doesn’t change the hard fact that there is absolutely no other use for enriched uranium than nuclear weaponry.
