Here’s the latest installment of the Play of the Day, which uses odds from the South Point. Our three sports writers started with a $10,000 bankroll — fictional, of course.

Colorado State minus-18 at San Jose State: $440 to win $400

Sure, by my own admission this is a cop-out because I’ve stated multiple times that no thought goes into my picks on San Jose State games. Bet against the Spartans and don’t think twice.

That’s worked so well that I’ll argue it’s worth highlighting here, though I don’t feel great about this one. Colorado State just annihilated UNR at home by 56, so it feels too obvious, too easy that they’ll cover again today.

Nevertheless, I’m going with the Rams and didn’t have to strain my brain to do so. I advise you do the same.
