Rollover closes left lanes of I-15 near Lake Mead Boulevard

A single-vehicle rollover sent one woman to the hospital with minor injuries this evening, Nevada Highway Patrol said.

Troopers received a report about 5:45 p.m. that a red Mazda rolled over on Interstate 15 near Lake Mead Boulevard, Trooper Loy Hixson said.

The woman in the vehicle was transported to University Medical Center with minor injuries, he said.

The two left lanes of the interstate are shut down as the area is cleaned up, he said.

The cause of the rollover is under investigation.
