There is a little something for everyone at this year’s Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.

At the Las Vegas Convention Center Tuesday, thousands of attendees flocked to packed exhibit halls to see the latest gizmos and gadgets from technology powerhouses like Intel, Sony, RCA and LG.

Walk through the convention center’s three main halls and you'll bump into casually dressed journalists and bloggers, foreign technology junkies with stuffed goodie bags and suited businessmen looking for the latest in televisions, fitness trackers, smartphones, drones, automotive parts and 3-D printers.

Here’s a look at some of the most interesting products on display Tuesday:

If you’re active in the gym or on the trails and use fitness trackers like the FitBit, Griffin’s new tracker clip can help you keep your calculations discreet. With the clip, you don’t have to wear a wristband. The polished silver clip attaches to a pocket or tie, blending in with your wardrobe.

      iBaby Monitor

If you have a toddler, chances are your eyes are often darting from place to place to keep track of your roaming little one. With the iBaby monitor, you can relax in your living room or bedroom while monitoring your child through an iPhone or iPad application remotely. The video streaming and camera system resembles FaceTime and aims to make parents’ lives a little easier easier.

      SmartPlane and SmartBoat

Developed in Germany, SmartPlane and SmartBoat give users remote control through their smartphones. Using an accompanying app, you can pilot a lightweight, foam airplane weighing less than a few ounces or a plastic propeller boat. With both models, all users have to do is slide a thumb across a smartphone screen to go up or down and tilt the phone to go left or right. A built in “FlightAssist” function automatically makes adjustments to stabilize wobbly crafts.

      Intel RealSense 3-D Camera

We’ve all heard of 3-D printing, but new technology from Intel has made it easier for computer users to practice laser etching. At Intel’s CES booth, crowds gathered for a demonstration of a prototype tablet computer equipped with a RealSense 3-D camera, which uses a regular camera sensor, an infrared sensor and a laser projector to scan objects — like a person’s head — and produce a digital 3-D model.

Once the camera captures an object’s shape and depth, the information is fed into a laser etching machine, which uses lasers to heat the center of a block of crystal, creating air bubbles that form an image of the subject. While it may seem like nothing more than the novelty of the week, it’s darn cool.

      LG OLED TVs

LG, the Korean technology giant, had a long line of CES attendants focused on their glowing line of OLED TVs, which feature 4K Ultra HD resolution — the highest picture resolution on the market. Set for release in 2015, the OLED line will come in 55-, 65- and 77-inch models.

      Parrot AR Drone Show

Near the center of the Las Vegas Convention Center’s South Hall Tuesday was a cage made from vinyl rope. Inside a battle between robots on wheels and flying drones was waged every 20 minutes. Choreographed to music reminiscent of Star Wars, the robots’ dances were militaristic and kept the audience’s eyes fixated on the action. The AR Mini Drone — a kind of quadcopter made by Parrot — was particularly impressive.
