Metro Police release photos of suspects in robberies

Metro Police have released photographs of suspects in separate robberies.

On Dec. 23, police say, a young black male robbed an elderly person in a parking lot in the 3600 block of East Bonanza Road. The robber then fled over a wall into an apartment complex.

Police described the knife-wielding man as about 5 feet 7 inches tall and 150 pounds.

In the second incident, a black male adult robbed a business in the 1900 block of North Nellis Boulevard. The man showed an employee a gun in his waistband and demanded money from the register, police said.

The man, described as 6 feet 1 inch or 6 feet 2 inches tall and 220 to 230 pounds, fled on foot. Metro did not say when the robbery occurred.
