A cluster of power outages in and near Summerlin affected more than 1,500 NV Energy customers Tuesday evening, according to the company's website.
The largest outage, reported about 8:15 p.m., affected about 1,450 customers near Vegas and Durango drives shortly after 9 p.m., but additional incidents affected at least 139 customers, according to NV Energy.
Those numbers were down from earlier in the evening.
Power was restored in the largest outage by 9:50 p.m., the company said.
Service is expected to be restored in all of the incidents by about 2 a.m., and the causes of the outages remain under investigation, the company said.
