Metro Police say they found the body of a teen boy that jumped from a cliff this afternoon.
The 17-year-old went missing today after he jumped from a 20-foot cliff into Lake Mohave and never resurfaced, according to the National Park Service.
Metro's Search and Rescue located the body around 6:15 p.m., Lt. Nick Farese said.
The teen was at Placer Cove when he jumped into the water, said Christie Vanover, a spokeswoman for the Lake Mead National Recreation Area.
Clark County Coroner's Office is on scene.
