Stu Miller's Pumpkin Patch in Henderson offers pumpkins, rides, bounce houses and a petting zoo.

1. You didn’t turn the air conditioning on in your car on the way to work this morning.

2. Traveling carnivals start popping up in grocery store parking lots.

3. Starbucks brings back the pumpkin spice latte. And suddenly, your news feed is full of #PSL. And people hating on #PSL.

4. The Bellagio's indoor conservatory becomes a fall-themed “harvest show,” complete with warm foliage and autumnal colors.

5. You’re reunited with your sweaters, beanies, scarves and boots again. And it feels so good.

6. Abandoned dirt lots across the valley fill up with pumpkins for sale and bales of hay.

7. Local grocery stores start stocking seasonally flavored hard apple cider and pumpkin ale.

8. Sunday afternoons are all football: big games, fantasy leagues and lots of (pumpkin-flavored) beer.

9. For the first time in months, it’s cool enough to host festivals outdoors. There are elementary school festivals and cultural festivals and beer festivals galore.
