The Obama administration distorted the truth about the incident for political reasons. The truth was long in coming, but it has long been my experience the truth eventually gets out.
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was responsible for the embassy, the CIA annex and the personnel.
Clinton, who might run for president in 2016, failed to protect personnel and the sovereign territory of the United States.
The United States cannot afford to have a president who fails to take appropriate action during a crisis. I believe there was a cover-up by President Barack Obama and Clinton.
These days, seconds count when heads of state can push buttons and start nuclear war. It will take a special kind of leader in the White House to deal with Iran and Russia in the decades ahead.
