Specifics needed in health care debate

I admit it: I haven’t read the Affordable Care Act, but I do read the critiques of Obamacare and the desire of some to repeal it.

Since I haven’t read it, I ask those of you who have and are familiar with its provisions to do two things.

First, specify, verbatim, those portions that you find fault with. Second, how exactly would you fix those portions?

Please, in all your harangues, please be specific and not spout slogans.
