The death of a 12-year-old Boy Scout from Las Vegas at a camp in San Diego in June has been ruled a suicide.
According to the San Diego County Medical Examiner's office, the boy died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. The wound came from a 40-caliber semiautomatic pistol, according to the medical examiner's office.
Metro Police said Tuesday that no charges will be filed regarding the gun used, which was reportedly unregistered.
