KINGMAN, Ariz. — Mohave County authorities say the death of a 15-month-old boy who'd suffered head injuries is being investigated as possible child abuse.
The Sheriff's Office says Kade Kryska died Thursday, two days after his mother took him to Valley View Medical Center in Fort Mohave because he was having difficulty breathing.
According to the Sheriff's Office, medical personnel at the hospital determined that the child had suffered head injuries.
The child was transported Tuesday night from the Arizona hospital to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas, where he died.
The Sheriff's Office says autopsy results are pending and no arrests have been made.
