RENO — Authorities say one man is dead, a second man is injured and a third man is in jail after a fight in downtown Reno.
Police say the incident happened about 7:30 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Virginia Street.
Officials say three men were in a fight that involved a knife, and two of the men involved were seriously injured. Both were taken to Renown Regional Medical Center, where one was treated and released and one man died.
A third man seen with a knife was arrested on suspicion of battery with a deadly weapon.
He's been identified as 37-year-old Gregory Shane Poole.
The identity of the man who died has not yet been released.
