Two people have been arrested in connection with the theft of items taken from unlocked cars over the past six months, Henderson Police said.

Jessica Strong, 28, and Bryan Richee-Wilinski, 34, were taken into custody on Friday and face multiple counts of possession of stolen property and burglary, police said. Police recovered stolen items including GPS systems, guns and tools.

Strong and Richee-Wilinski are being held at the Henderson Detention Center.

Police allege that Strong and Richee-Wilinski targeted unlocked cars in driveways and on residential streets. They were tracked down through evidence at crime scenes and surveillance video from residents, police said.

A number of items have not been returned because owners have not filed police reports. Police are urging residents of Tuscany, Calico Ridge, southeast Henderson, Green Valley and Whitney Ranch who have had property stolen in the last six months to file a report via the Henderson Police Department’s online reporting system.
