CARSON CITY — Steve George has been named administrator of the state Division of Industrial Relations.
The appointment was announced today by Bruce Breslow, director of the state Department of Business and Industry.
George succeeds Don Soderberg, who was appointed director of the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation.
George, who will earn $107,465 a year, previously has worked in the Attorney General’s Office, for former Gov. Kenny Guinn, for the secretary of state and, most recently, has been chief of staff for the Treasurer’s Office for five years.
