51s manage just 5 hits, fall at Oklahoma City

The Las Vegas 51s were limited to five hits today at Oklahoma City in a 5-1 loss in the final game of a four-game series.

Las Vegas leadoff hitter Anthony Seratelli had two hits, including a triple, and a run scored, but the 51s couldn’t get going offensively in dropping three of four games in the series.

Pitching prospect Noah Syndergaard suffered the loss in his first game back after missing nearly two weeks with arm problems. He surrendered four runs and seven hits in four innings.

Josh Satin’s run-scoring single in the ninth inning scored Seratelli for the lone Las Vegas run.

The 51s return to Cashman Field at 7:05 p.m. Tuesday to face Nashville, the Triple-A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers.
