Police say a 52-year-old man who was running across a Las Vegas street during a rainstorm has died after being hit by a SUV.
Authorities say the crash happened a little after 9 p.m. Sunday on Boulder Highway near Desert Inn road.
Investigators say the man was running across the road in a crosswalk but against a red signal when an SUV that had a green or yellow light struck him.
The man was taken to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center and later pronounced dead.
His identity has not yet been released.
