A temporary retail van has been set up to provide limited transactions at the post office at 455 E. Pebble Road, where a fire broke out over the weekend. Patrons can also use the main post office at 1001 East Sunset Road.
Henderson and Clark County firefighters responded just after 2:30 p.m. Sunday and found a portable toilet on the roof of the post office on fire, Clark County Fire Department Deputy Chief John Klassen said.
The toilet was being used by construction workers making repairs on the roof, officials said.
There were no injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation
