It is time for the Democratic Party to look beyond Hillary Clinton for the 2016 presidential race.
Hillary carries too much baggage and looks exhausted, with no energy to fight for the welfare of real Democrats. With the Republicans fighting for more voter ID and less voter IQ, their candidate with room-temperature IQ can win in 2016 if Democrats fail to mobilize their base like they did in 2014. Democrats cannot count on minorities to be loyal to them when they have failed them over and over.
Hillary did zilch to help Hispanics and other minorities while she was a senator and failed to improve trade and other relations with Latin America and Mexico as secretary of state. Like any other secretary of state since 1948, she has wasted American taxpayer funds in the unending Middle East peace process. She may have friends in Israel, but that will not guarantee minority votes. Besides, Hispanics are smart enough to observe how well people are treated in Israel.
Someone with a fresh approach, less baggage and more energy like Elizabeth Warren or Jim Webb can represent the party without pandering to Wall Street crooks and fight for the regular Joe.
