A double-trailer dump truck on the 215 Beltway caused delays when it jackknifed and hit a barrier in the southeast valley today, Nevada Highway Patrol said.
The man driving the truck lost control about 1:20 p.m., and the truck hit the barrier before getting caught on top of the median near South Eastern Avenue, Trooper Loy Hixson said.
The driver was transported to St. Rose Dominican Hospitals - Siena campus with minor injuries, Hixson said.
The left lane of 215 was closed after the accident.
