Corner IDs man hit by pickup on Lamb Boulevard

A man who was hit and killed by a pickup truck Thursday in the northeast valley has been identified by the Clark County Coroner’s Office as Christopher Lawrence Wyatt, 30, of Las Vegas.

Wyatt died of multiple blunt-force injuries in the accident on North Lamb Boulevard, north of Alto Avenue, the Coroner’s Office said.

Wyatt was not in a crosswalk or at an intersection when he was hit by a 1994 Chevrolet C1500 pickup traveling south on Lamb, Metro Police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

The driver, 38-year-old Nicholas Brooks, stayed on scene and was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, police said.
