This Easter, leave the hopping around to the Easter bunny and skip the cooking. Head to one of the many restaurants offering specialty holiday menus featuring all of your favorites like ham, lamb and carrot cake. Many events feature Easter Bunny photo opportunities or egg hunts. Local candy shops also offer holiday treats to spruce up your Easter baskets.

For Easter and Passover, Max Brenner offers a variety of treats including the Spring Favorite Box for $6.50 featuring caramelized almonds rolled in hazelnut cream and fine cocoa powder, the Easter Praline Box for $12.90 featuring an assortment of nine bonbon, the Spring Praline Box for $23.90 featuring an assortment of 18 bonbons and a variety of collection boxes ranging in price from $26-$89.
See’s Candies is offering hand-decorated Easter eggs, chocolate rabbits, springtime truffles and orange cream lollipops for the holiday.
B Sweet Candy Boutique will be closed Easter Sunday but it will have green apple cotton candy with green edible glitter the Friday and Saturday before Easter as well as Easter baskets starting at $19 and other sweet treats.
Payard Pâtisserie & Bistro at Caesars Palace offers an abundance of decadent Easter goodies available for purchase, perfect for stuffing in Easter baskets and giving as holiday gifts. Items range from chocolate bunnies, to chocolate-filled eggs and Eater-themed sugar cookies.
Sugar Factory offers a variety of Easter baskets filled with chocolate treats, sugary surprises, plush toys and playful Easter merchandise. Baskets range in price from $22.95 to $160.
Ethel M offers some of their most anticipated seasonal treats: the Peanut Butter Truffle Box and the Fruit Truffle Egg Box, each priced at $28. They feature eight individually hand airbrushed pieces, making every chocolate a unique piece of edible art. The Peanut Butter Truffle Box includes both milk and dark chocolate eggs filled with creamy, peanut butter made in the factory from roasted peanuts with a hint of sea salt. The Fruit Truffle Egg Box features a variety of ganache-filled chocolates including key lime, strawberry, lemon and raspberry. The Seasons Buffet at Silverton offers special Easter items served from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. including all-you-can-eat crab legs, prime rib, honey glazed ham, mussels, roasted leg of lamb and herb crusted turkey. Castle Walk Food Court inside the Excalibur has a week-long social media Easter egg scavenger hunt through Sunday, March 31. Each day, one egg will be hidden at a major location within Excalibur. Holiday revelers can hop onto Castle Walk’s, Twitter account and Facebook page to obtain a daily riddle, which will provide clues to uncovering the egg’s hiding spot. The first person to find the egg wins. Each egg will contain instructions for winners to claim a variety of prizes, which increase in value every day and include items such as one dozen Krispy Kreme doughnuts, a $25 gift certificate to Castle Walk Food Court, a Popcornopolis variety pack, a pair of tickets to Tournament of Kings, a pair of tickets to Australian Bee Gees and a $100 gift certificate to The Spa at Excalibur. On Easter Sunday, one lucky winner gets the grand prize of a two-night stay at Excalibur, a pair of tickets to Thunder From Down Under and a $50 gift certificate to Castle Walk Food Court.
Tivoli Village welcome spring with an Easter petting zoo and photography sessions with real baby animals. Children will have the opportunity to sit on real grass within white picket fencing, pet bunnies, chicks and ducks and have their photos taken. Several picture packages will be available for purchase. Children can enjoy goodie bags compliments of Summerlin Hospital with a picture package purchase. Children can also visit the petting zoo for free without picture packages. The event runs from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
Cantina Laredo welcomes families to celebrate Easter with modern Mexican cuisine by offering a complimentary kids’ meal with purchase of an adult entrée. Brunch is served Sunday from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. and comes with a complimentary bloody Mary or mimosa with. Featured Sunday Brunch menu items include crab cakes Benedict and asada y huevos.
Grand Lux Cafe offers brunch from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. featuring favorites such as omelets and blueberry pancakes in addition to Grand Lux Cafe signature dishes like the chocolate chip-infused red velvet pancakes and south of the border-inspired chilaquilas plus made-to-order breakfast beignets.
Easter Brunch at Via Brasil is $34.99 and is served from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. The meal features eight meats including picanha, prime rib, tenderloin in bacon, turkey in bacon, chicken drumsticks, pork loin, skirt steak, smoked ham & pineapple, plus a gourmet salad and appetizer bar and dessert. Dinner is served from 2 - 8:30 p.m. and costs $44.99. The meal features 18 meats, a gourmet salad and appetizer bar with 35 hot and cold dishes plus dessert. There will be an Easter egg hunt and children can eat for half price. All diners will get a $20 gift card for use on a future visit.
Strip House at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino offers Easter specials including a grilled baby artichoke and baked ricotta salata salad ($16). The main course is spring lamb Wellington ($48) with ramps, morel mushrooms and roasted heirloom carrots. Dessert is a strawberry panna cotta ($10) with roasted strawberries, a rhubarb marmalade and an almond cookie.
Central Michel Richard offers brunch specials priced at $25 including an eggs Benedict trio with a trio tasting of mimosas. The trio includes a traditional, a smoked salmon and a short rib Benedict.
The D Grill at The D in downtown Las Vegas offers an Easter brunch buffet featuring pastries, fresh fruit, bacon and sausage, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, chicken marsala, candied yams and ham. The meal is served from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. and is $17.95 per person.
Tender Steak and Seafood at Luxor offers offer a four-course prix-fixe menu featuring entrees like Skuna Bay salmon, priced at $75, or Oregon spring lamb tasting trio priced at $85. “Top Chef” contestant Carla Pellegrino’s new Meatball Spot will offer an Easter Mimosa special on Saturday and Sunday. Guests can enjoy $7 Mimosas all weekend long.
Fernando Guerrero, executive chef of Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House of Las Vegas, offers a three-course brunch including a choice of starter, entrée and dessert for $39 per person, plus the option to add side dishes and kid-friendly choices. Brunch is served from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Easter Sunday and guests can choose from starters including a Del’s Salad with avocado goddess dressing or tomato basil bisque with Parmesan croutons. Entrée options include filet mignon Benedict with poached eggs, toasted English muffin and cajun lobster sauce, shrimp and grits, banana and mascarpone stuffed French toast with Grand Marnier syrup and thick-cut bacon or a 12-ounce prime rib with horseradish cream and au jus. Desserts include a warm banana bread pudding, chocolate mouse or cheesecake. Side dishes, which are an additional $7 each, include thick-cut bacon, sausage links, sautéed mushrooms, thin green beans, and chateau potatoes.
Del Frisco’s Easter menu will also include kids’ favorites for $10 each such as French toast with bacon, macaroni & cheese with French fries and grilled cheese with French fries.
On Easter Sunday, The Resort on Mount Charleston hosts a family-friendly Easter Sunday Brunch Buffet including breakfast classics like scrambled eggs, French toast, pancakes bacon and sausage, as well as honey-glazed ham and oven-roasted turkey. Visit the dessert bar for an assortment of muffins, scones, cookies and brownies and fresh-cut fruit. At 4:30 p.m., the Easter Bunny will make a special appearance for an Easter Egg Hunt. Rick Moonen’s rm seafood at Mandalay Bay features a special surf n’ turf Benedict ($45) with lobster, prime flatiron, asparagus, truffle-poached egg, and a citrus hollandaise on Easter day.
Fiesta Henderson offers an Easter Egg cocktail ($5) in honor of the Easter celebration. This cocktail includes a colorful blend of Blue Curacao, White Crème de Cacao and half and half.
Corporate Executive Chef Saul Ortiz will cook up an authentic Mariachi Brunch for Easter Sunday at Tacos & Tequila at Luxor from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. The menu offers a wide selection of egg combinations including huevos rancheros made with ranchero sauce, black bean puree and two eggs, any style, all served on a corn tortilla and priced at $13. Guests can also enjoy huevos con chorizo, a Mexican spiced sausage with scrambled eggs, potatoes and salsa verde served on a warm flour tortilla, priced at $11. Chef Ortiz will serve up his specialty dish, chilaquiles, a mix of marinated chicken, red or green sauces, panela cheese, crema fresca and onion served on a crispy flour tortilla, priced at $14.
Honey Salt welcomes the holiday with its first ever Easter Egg hunt beginning at 11 a.m. It is included with purchase of the special Kid’s Easter Corner menu. Honey Salt opens for brunch at 11:30 a.m. with brunch specials including artisanal hand-carved ham off the bone and farm fresh eggs with breakfast potatoes. Honey Salt opens at 5 p.m. for dinner with specials including artisanal hand-carved honey glazed ham with fingerling potatoes and spring vegetables. The Kid’s Easter Corner menu is $15 and includes a choice of entrée, juice and dessert.
T-bones at Red Rock Resort serves Easter Brunch from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. including assorted salads and smoked salmon, chilled shrimp and crab claws, made-to-order omelets, braised short ribs, roasted pacific halibut, lemon thyme chicken, cinnamon roll pancakes, dessert and pastries for $75 per person. Children 8 & under are $29. The Easter Bunny will also be making a special appearance.
Celebrate Easter Sunday Italian-style at Rao's at Caesars Palace. Specials include corn soup ($15), crab cakes ($21), penne pasta with lamb ragu ($28) and carrot cake ($12).
Hash House A Go Go offers Easter food and drink specials ranging in price from $5.25 to $31.95. Brunch specials include lamb chop hash, butterscotch almond pancakes and roast chicken Benny. Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Resort invites families and children of all ages to its annual Kids’ Carnival Weekend from Thursday through Sunday. The festivities take place 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. daily and include a snow scavenger hunt, treats like popcorn and cotton candy, and a variety of carnival games including ring toss and beanbag toss. The event is sponsored in part by Centennial Hills Hospital and a lift ticket or season pass is required to participate.
On Sunday at 8 a.m., the resort hosts its annual Easter Sunday celebration with an children’s egg hunt at 11 a.m., a bunny chase and noon and an adult egg hunt at 1 p.m.
Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar offers a three-course Easter brunch for $36.95 per guest. In addition, each party will receive a $25 dining card valid for a future visit. Under the direction of Executive Chef Rick Giffen, Stratosphere offers special menu items for Easter Brunch and Easter Dinner on Sunday at Top of the World Restaurant and McCall’s Heartland Grill. Top of the World Restaurant’s Easter Brunch will feature an East/West crepe duo for $32, in addition to the regular Top of the World Sunday Brunch menu. The East/West crepe duo includes an Eastern-influenced chive and sweet potato crepe filled with hoisin barbecue duck. The West crepe is stuffed with mixed seafood including shrimp, scallop and lobster, combined with an herb white wine cream sauce. Brunch is served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Easter Dinner will offer guests three additional items to the Top of the World dinner menu including Colorado lamb chop with rosemary and pomegranate balsamic reduction for $75, center cut Alaskan king crab legs with jalapeño chili lime butter for $75 or petit filet with demi-glace and elephant black Garlic for $75. The Buffet at Bellagio offers a special Easter menu Friday through Sunday for $45.95 per person featuring several live-action cooking stations as well as an unlimited selection of caviars during its Gourmet Buffet Service. Highlights include specialty salads such as truffle Yuzu Thai beef, duck confit green goddess salad and rabbit with cous cous. The Buffet at Bellagio will serve its Easter menu from Friday at 3 p.m. to Sunday at 10 p.m. Dinner will be priced at $47.99 (which includes unlimited caviar) and brunch, served from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, is $35.99.
Café Bellagio offers several Easter menus, one with three courses for $54 or four courses for $62. Starters include springtime gazpacho with lump crab and spicy tomato cucumber broth topped on a crostini and asparagus and Mushroom crostata and braised lamb shank for the main course. LVH-Las Vegas Hotel offers Easter Sunday champagne brunch for $22.95 ($11.50 for children 12 and under) from 7 a.m.-3 p.m. Enjoy chipotle-crusted prime rib, braised turkey, honey glazed ham, barbecue chicken, omelets, cinnamon rolls and a chocolate fountain. Dinner is served from 3-10 p.m. and includes specialties like Canadian snow crab legs, hand-rolled sushi, fresh made pasta to order, crispy fried chicken and chile rellenos.

Bratalian by Chef Carla Pellegrino offers an Easter menu served Friday and Saturday featuring Dijon breaded oven-baked lamb chops served with French beans, mashed potatoes and mint sauce for $38.
Comme Ca by David Myers at the Cosmopolitan offers an Easter buffet brunch from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. featuring items like French potato salad, glazed spring vegetables, beer can chicken, roasted leg of lamb, smoked honey ham and grilled ruby trout. Desserts include apple scones, chocolate croissants, lemon tarts éclairs and Comme Ca’s duck confit cinnamon rolls. Brunch is $49 per person with a bottomless champagne, mimosa or bloody Mary option for and additional $25.
Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesars Palace offers a holiday prix fixe menu on Sunday from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. for $48 per person. The menu offers chicory and roasted beet salad, prime beef rib-eye, seared Scottish salmon, roasted fingerling potatoes, honey-thyme roasted carrots and parsnips, minted English peas, Yorkshire pudding, red wine marrow sauce and horseradish cream. Berries and cream will be offered for dessert.
