More than 130 NV Energy customers in North Las Vegas lost power for an hour Saturday because of the extreme heat.
NV Energy crews responded to an equipment failure that affected 132 customers about 2:20 p.m. near Ann Road and Allen Lane. The outage left people in extreme heat for about one hour.
Power was restored by 3:40 p.m., NV Energy officials said.
