A pedestrian was hit by an SUV near the Boulevard Mall today and transported to a hospital.
The pedestrian was struck about 12:05 p.m. at 1205 Sierra Vista Drive, near Maryland Parkway and the shopping center, Metro Police reported.
The pedestrian was transported to a hospital with injuries that were not believed to be life threatening, police said.
