Man to face charges in triple shooting, police say

A man authorities allege shot and killed three people and a dog Tuesday at his home before shooting himself will be arrested and booked in absentia while he recovers, Metro Police said. James McCarty, 54, is in critical condition at University Medical Center for what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, police said.   1. Another worthless animal who feels the need to take people down with him...and he can't even do that right. He alone survives.

  2. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE? How many shootings in the last 24 hours nationwide? I thought mentally ill people were excluded from having weapons.
