  1. The perpetrator of this crime is one very sick individual.

  2. @Elvegas & chediski

You're both jokes. "No 34 year old man sexually assaults a 68 year old woman" ?? "THis is out of the question"?? Are you nuts, Elvegas???? So this woman is lying? And yes, no doctor should be alone with a patient, whether in a hospital or office, but we don't know why a nurse was not present in the room at the time. Maybe lack of staff available because of cut backs?? We don't know what the circumstances were in this situation on why he was alone in the room.

But no 34yr old man sexually assaults a 68 year old woman....please - your ignorance is showing.

  3. Munchkins, you're onto it. While not violent, I have experienced a doctor who rubbed up against me with pertinent anatomy--when I was mid 40's. The doctor was ineffective in his medical "expertise" and I went elsewhere after this. Eventually, I see, he has "retired". Word was out among my health plan that he was no good in his specialty / general practice. It appears that his medical partners felt he was not generating enough revenue.

As far as why a doctor would--I suspect some people cannot handle the "authority" of telling people what to do and thinking they are godlike. Perhaps similar to the thinking of pedophiles who assault young / weak victims.
