Man shoots woman in leg at Teton Trails Park

A man opened fire at a soccer game Saturday and shot a woman in the leg, then fled, police said. At least one shot was fired about 11 a.m. at Teton Trails Park, near Grand Teton Drive and North Bradley Road, said Metro Police Officer Marcus Martin. Martin said the woman was shot with a small-caliber bullet and was taken to University Medical Center with injuries that were not life-threatening. The shooting remains under investigation.

    They gotta get a few "small caliber" incidents on record so thy can restrict the kids 22 long rifles too.

    It's amazing how many of these thugs pull out a gun at what may have been the most trivial incident under the sun. Did someone bump into him? Did someone look at him for longer than a second?

    Just amazing. An animal with a gun. Not even an animal. Sub human.

    So "small caliber" shootings are just a plot by the Govt to dis-arm kids of 22 cal firearms?

    The LV Sun story is very different from the LVRJ version. There is no mention of a man doing the shooting in the RJ version. They make it sound like a random bullet that hit a woman.
    There are also 5 different gun and shooting articles on the LV Sun front page. Do I detect an agenda?
