Saudi airman accused in rape of teen boy ordered back to court Friday

A Saudi air force sergeant charged with raping a teenage boy New Year’s Eve on the Las Vegas Strip appeared Thursday morning in Las Vegas Justice Court, only to find out he’ll return Friday. Mazen Alotaibi, 23, has been charged with first-degree kidnapping, two counts of sexual assault with a minor under 14 years of age, burglary and sexually motivated coercion, according to a criminal complaint. His case was continued to Friday morning, when attorneys will argue whether bail should be set.   1. Let him walk the mainline.

  2. I am hoping if Alotaibi is guilty that he serves full time and isn't given some special treatment for the Saudi's.
    I can see Alotaibi serving a year or two and getting returned to Saudi Arabia, where he gets a royal pardon from a connected family member.

  3. Send him back to Saudi for trial. They have public executions waiting for him.

  4. If it was a girl that he raped, there would be no bail hearing. For some reason our Courts System deems that male rape is less important. He should not get any bail. He is a flight risk regardless of whether he turns in his passport or not.

  5. Give him Saudi justice but here in the US. This guy is scum and should be treated as such.

  6. So If Guilty should he be executed because he is Saudi ?
    What about ALL the other registered "SCUM" that are Living in our neighborhoods and near Elementry schools ???
