News of pop queen Britney Spears’ decision today to end her run as a judge on Simon Cowell’s “X Factor” may have surprised fans and TV viewers, but not Las Vegas hotel executives who knew that she has a bigger project up her sleeves. I’ve reliably learned that she’s been plotting a significant production show run on the Strip for a major hotel, and negotiations to woo her have reached a “very serious stage,” I was told this morning.
