The Clark County Coroner’s Office has identified a man shot and killed Saturday at a North Las Vegas apartment complex as Vernon Hill, 28, of North Las Vegas.
North Las Vegas Police received reports of a shooting just before midnight at 3301 Civic Center Drive, near Cheyenne Road.
Police arrived to find Hill in an apartment complex common area dead with a bullet wound.
The coroner’s office said Hill died from a gunshot to the head.
Police said the shooter remains at large.
