Metro Police on Sunday morning shot a man suspected of robbery after he tried to flee and fired multiple shots at police in downtown Las Vegas. Police said patrol officers had been investigating a suspicious vehicle around 4:10 a.m. in the 2100 block of Sunrise Avenue, when they recognized one of the two occupants.
