  1. ... Ah: Memories-OF-"Le Cafe" Gay Disco & thee "Red Barn" Gay Country bar, BOTH-on-TROPICANA Ave. "Back in the Day!" Now "Cafe's" part of the airport runway. How-ABOUT-the "Barn?!?" Hung-OUT-at "Cafe'" when I wrote for thee "LV Review-Journal," my 1st. newspaper in my 39+ yr. Print-Journalism career. ('73-'75) Also worked for "Billboard Magazine" then too ('75-'79) & hung our with Joan Rivers, Liberace, Paul Lynde & others. GOOD-times!!!

  2. Las Vegas Sun, you should do some digging on this. Did you know that the owner of Krave, Kelly Murphy, is a felon and did jail time on a bank fraud conviction? How does a felon get a toehold in a casino like the Rio? Two of Murphy's other clubs were locked up with eviction notices taped to the front doors -- both Copa and Boys Lounge. And employees at his other club, Drink & Drag, have complained about their paychecks bouncing. All you have to do is a little work on Google and you'll run across all this stuff.
