An 18-year-old man died Wednesday from injuries he suffered after he and another teenager were struck by a car while walking on the sidewalk on New Year’s Day in North Las Vegas. The driver and a passenger in the car are under arrest after a police investigation determined speed, alcohol and drugs were factors in the crash. 18 and 19 years old...starting off adulthood on a good path.
There's somewhere between 40-50 people cited/arrested each day in Clark County for lack of license, no registration, no insurance or driving on a suspended license. The numbers are incomprehensible.
Just two more SOB's in our society who have no respect for the rights of others, much less possessing a value for human life.

This one puts my B$ meter in the yellow. A young man was killed and a young woman may soon join him. Why weren't those included in the charges? And the NDL "30-day window" is just another underhanded revenue scheme. It has nothing whatsoever to do with one's ability to responsibly use the public right of way with due care and caution.

We all know you are anti government everything. We all know this stems from a personal experience where you got "railroaded". BTW, the passenger was destroying drug evidence which is likely why BChap noted the passenger in his spot on statement.

TomD -- again, you've shown to all you know nothing and make the rest up. If you were familiar with my posts for the past 4+ years you know I'm adamantly for our governments so long as they stay within their Constitutional limits.

Laughable...your interpretation of Constitutional limits which has been shown to be so extreme in hands off that I wonder if you actually truly know its purpose.
Constitutional limits are open to a very broad based interpretation as they are applied in everyday life. Your problem is you are in the anti-limits anything group.
