When presented with the option to buy from a snack machine or a gun machine, you picked both.
The winning entry this month's Smithereens Cartoon Caption contest from from Vincent Miller, who got 56 percent of your votes for "Chips and clips."
We'll send Miller a signed copy of the cartoon with his caption.
Dale Stout got 28 percent of the vote with: "Do you have change for a 9mm?"
In third place was: "I hear the government's coming to take our snacks," by MSeltz, who received 10 percent of the votes.
User witty1 got 4 percent of the vote for "I'm on a flack-free, low-calibre diet."
And Dale Stout got 2 percent of the vote for his second entry: "I call shotgun."
Congratulations to the winners. Thanks everyone for participating. Come back next week for another contest.
