Las Vegas triple murder suspect Ammar Harris has a smirk on his face in a 90-second YouTube video that shows him flashing a thick stack of $100 bills. The video is just one of many online displays of bravado being examined by police in which Harris boasts of a high-rolling lifestyle of luxury cars, prostitutes and boat trips with scantily clad women. The 26-year-old is the subject of a multi-state manhunt after a Maserati driver was shot dead on the Las Vegas Strip last Thursday and a taxi driver and passenger died in the fiery chain reaction crash that followed. ...

Thanks for giving us more insight into the life of this creep.
Now, it will be even sweeter when the cops catch him. I look forward to seeing this thug in handcuffs, the mugshot (will he be wearing his crisp, white shirt then?) and seeing him hobble into court during the trial.
Sweetness!
"Cherry, who went by the stage name "Kenny Clutch," is seen in a YouTube video driving his luxury car down the Strip and rapping about a "Maserati, paid 120 for it."
Funny,I remember reading daddy helped him with the LEASE payments. What a clown.
How does a "felon in possession of concealed weapon" charge get dismissed?
If I had a relative in that taxi I would be asking a lot of questions about how this felon was still roaming the streets. Armed.
The ONLY reason someone has that much cash on hand is because it's ill-gotten wealth. I guess he didn't know how to launder the money so could put in the bank.
Yeah, yeah, yeah..a wad of cash. BFD. Trust me, when he's caught it will be a public defender at his side as he claims poverty. We see the same garbage from the hip hop felon crowd, flashing their wad of cash on facebook, youtube, myspace and twitter. It's usually their net worth in total.
The ego on this 26 year old man.. putting him in solitary for life would be a fate worse than death for him..
Don't know what the LV sports books is saying,
but I'd put a C note on him never living to go
to Trial!
I will book that bet. He will be caught alive.
Has anyone contacted Harris's family yet to find out what a great guy he is?
"The ONLY reason someone has that much cash on hand is because it's ill-gotten wealth."
Actually, when the recession hit, plenty of people who did not have one penny of "ill-gotten wealth" started hoarding cash.
NOTE TO CASINO OWNERS...
Since this incident has/had national headlines don't you think it would be good for business if you offered a reward for the capture of the accused.
there is a $35,000 reward offered by the taxi companies...the casinos probably want to pretend it didn't happen...if they put up an award it will just draw more negative attention...im sure las vegas will be the last place harris will turn up...so they probably figure its basically over as far as the strip is concerned...
Exactly, the Casinos/Clubs want this to go away as fast as possible.
Self fulfilling prophecy
Put up a nice reward and his "homies" will turn his useless rear end in to authorities. No one will be loyal to this piece of stuff if you put up some cash.
Flyer your on!
Funny I haven't seen any mention of a 35k reward for information leading to the arrest of Ammar Harris in an article yet on the Sun's page...what's up with that Sun???
How are his friends supposed to know about this reward when it's not being published and publicized. His friends will be the first people to turn him in for money.....I'm sure he has a lot of 'friends'.
If this were the movie 'The Gauntlet', he would be Mally-No-Show.
AshleyAshley- there is actually a link on the side of this story to an article about the cab companies offering up a $35k reward for Harris's capture.
Should have included this above: http://www.lasvegassun.com/news/2013/feb...
If you had his lips full of quarters you would have more money than he has in his hundred dollar bills.
Thank you bitharvest/Joanne, I didn't see that article at all until you pointed it out in the related links section.
Just another thug preying on others. If we legalized & regulated marijuana & prostitution, we surely would have fewer Harris's running around, abusing women and shooting up the streets. Which would make finding & incarcerating them easier.
Before we all join Metro's celebration let's remember that there is a long road between an arrest and a conviction.
Personally I would like to get more information from the Sun on Harris' arrest last year for robbery, sexual assault, kidnapping, coercion with a weapon, pandering by force, and felon in possession of concealed weapon.
Those charges should have been enough to keep him off the streets, which would have avoided this tragedy. Why were the charges dismissed?
