Metro Police released this picture of a Range Rover believed to have been used in a shooting and collision that killed three people.

Tineesha Howard, 22, was identified by Metro Police on Tuesday as a person of interest in the shooting that led to the deaths of three people, including aspiring rapper Kenny Cherry.
Police have identified a “person of interest” they believe was riding in the vehicle involved in last week’s shooting on the Las Vegas Strip.
Metro Police identified the woman Tuesday as Tineesha Lashun Howard, 22, but said she was also known as Yenesis Alfonzo. Police said the 22-year-old Cuban is from Miami, Fla., and that she’s listed as missing and could be in danger.
Police believe Howard was in the black Range Rover from which Ammar Harris, 26, Las Vegas fired shots into a Maserati in the early morning hours Thursday as the vehicles drove north on Las Vegas Boulevard. The gunfire caused the Maserati to run a red light at Flamingo Road and crash into a taxi. Three people died in the shooting and resulting crash.
Harris remains at large, and a warrant charging him with three counts of murder has been issued.
Police described Howard as 5-feet-8 inches tall and weighing about 120 pounds with green eyes and dark hair.
She has been arrested on counts of trespassing, possession of a stolen vehicle, grand larceny trick roll and multiple times on counts of soliciting prostitution.

right, who is the mystery person in the Maserati? We have an ever changing story from the cops. I wonder if they are involved? Were some of these people their informants? or someone important? (e.g. Judge's son?) One minute the are saying it was a "gun battle' next it was something else. Now it is someone else.
The casinos wanted drug dealers and pretty young prostitutes at their clubs, it draws people in for the $600 bottles of vodka and gambling.
I'm shocked, shocked there are prostitutes and drugs in the casinos! Why the rat pack, they would have nothing to do with prostitutes and people like Hughes, Elvis and Binion, they would never have anything to do with drugs.
Why the casinos have always been squeaky clean, it is just those darn black people from Oakland who are responsible for everything, just ask Metro and Wolfson, they have all kinds of credibility around town.
Where is the Governor? Looks like if there is a fire or a plane crash at the airshow, he is on the scene, he is no where to be found now. Doesn't he care about Southern Nevada? Or is he to busy hanging out with his buddy Rick Perry in Texass?

Trespassing seems synonymous with we believe you're a prostitute but can't prove it.....what a bad road to go down. Looks like she was only involved in this for the last year in Vegas according to her arrest record. So young too, she was only 22.
Funny that when looking up Ken Cherry's girlfriend,
we get this record in Vegas showing trespassing....which again I believe is cop speak for, we can't prove you're a prostitute.

The Miami Herald also reports that there is now a 35k reward posted for information leading to Harris' arrest.
This is looking more and more like a pimp turf war turned deadly.
An arrest is not a conviction by the way. Also, did Cherry have a gun? Was one found in his car? Were toxicology tests done on him? I wasn't there, neither was Metro, maybe Cherry pointed a gun at the other car? Or the "mystery person" did? Looks like self defence then. The ever changing story from Metro has wrecked this case.
Also if these people get to Canada Mexico or Europe, they won't extradite if there is a death penalty. Looks like the police are good when it comes to giving homeless people with dogs and water bottles tickets, but they are inept when it come to keeping tourist areas safe for people.

Let's hope she's not dead Det__Munch. Let's hope that they're both still alive and well and will be found and that this man will be brought to justice.
All of them..they all work outside of the law. Each morning they wake up with a mindset of how to make money. It doesn't matter whether its legal, illegal, corrupting a minor, dangerous to innocent people, a felony, etc. The mindset is "laws don't apply to me"....
Hence the lengthy arrest records of all involved. It's a different world from the law abiding. Trying to understand it, comprehend what they are thinking or doing is impossible. It's a world far removed from normal.
This revolving door justice gets played out everyday. The average law abiding citizen can only hope he doesn't get caught in the middle. 2 innocent people did. That's the real tragedy.
Was the other person in the Maserati a cop or informant? Must be or we would know who they are. Who makes the decision of who's name and image is released? Why don't we know about this person? We know everyone else, or do we? It is obvious metro is covering up something. Remember when the cops from NORcal were at the massage parlor on Spring Valley. Or the cops out at Dolan Springs? There apparently is a scandal that is being covered up. Also, are the taxpayers paying for free room and board in a fancy hotel for the Maserati Mystery Passenger?
...or maybe the police dont want the only eyewitness to be killed or his family to be killed. so they are not releasing his name, i dont think thats out of the ordinary.
and maybe the shooter is doing a good job at hiding, i dont think he can hide but for so long...
unless the police are lying, it has been reported that no gun was found in cherrys car...even if he threw it out i think it would have been found.
i dont see a cover up here, sometimes crimes take weeks or months to be resolved...i realize on tv they always get solved in an hour, but in real life they can take longer..i would like to think i could hide out for a few weeks or months, but eventually the money will run out..friends will start eying the reward money or he will contact a family member or friend thats being watched...he will be caught or killed no matter how long it takes...its just a matter of time..
