Ping Pang Pong, a local staple for years, has now received national attention for its Chinese cuisine. Travel and Leisure has named the off-Strip eatery inside the Gold Coast as one of the best Chinese restaurants in the U.S. It lauded Ping Pang Pong for its regional variety, from Cantonese style dim sum to its Sichuan salt-and-pepper frog legs. “No matter which region they’re from, Chinese in Vegas can likely find their hometown specialties here,” the magazine writes.
