A Southern Utah University men's basketball player has been arrested on drug charges.
The Iron County Sheriff's Office's website shows 21-year-old Wade Collie was arrested shortly after midnight on Sunday on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and felony possession with intent to distribute.
The 6'6" forward from Las Vegas was booked into Iron County Jail. He posted $10,000 bail Sunday.
The Spectrum of St. George reports Collie did not play during Southern Utah's two most recent games due to a knee bruise.
The university issued a statement Monday saying Collie has been suspended indefinitely from the team and school officials are looking into the situation.
