  1. The city government is overreaching their means and their ends when it comes to licensing "party houses". To fine a property owner for renting out their own house is an abuse of power. Soon as money is involved everyone wants a cut.

Dear Commissioners, their are more pressing issues at hand than drafting more ordinances concerning a party house in well-to-do neighborhoods.

  2. @thekube If you live next door to a party house maybe you would understand..... The world doesn't revolve only around "thekube"

    Dear Commissions THANK YOU...

  3. I live next door to a "party house" and they are best neighbor anyone could hope for, way better than a long term rental where if you get a bad tenant the misery goes on for months to years! In a short term rental most visitors are great and I enjoy seeing people having a good time, and if you do get bad group, it only lasts a few days and their gone!
The government has no authority to tell homeowners who, or for how long they can rent THEIR property! This is an assault on private property rights which is the backbone of our freedom and it must not be tolerated !
