Federal drug charges have been levied against seven people accused of conspiracy to manufacture marijuana, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Nevada announced Monday.

Named in a federal indictment are Bruce Rogat, 64, Daniel Pinsonault, 57, Mark Pinsonault, 49, Ezekiel Parraz, 30, and Eli Pinsonault, 81, all of Henderson, and Jeremy Greene-Lewis, 31, and Candice Blackwell, 29, of Las Vegas. They were charged on Feb. 5 with conspiracy to manufacture marijuana, the announcement said.

The indictment alleges the defendants began the operation in August 2011 and that they continued through Nov. 30, 2012. The suspects are accused of plans to manufacture at least 100 plants, the announcement said.

The illicit manufacturing conspiracy is alleged to have happened at three homes: in the 800 block of Sun Bridge Lane in Henderson, the 300 block of New Hope Drive in Henderson and the 7000 block of Flintstone Street in Las Vegas.

Authorities said more than 20 kilograms of marijuana was confiscated, but the total number of marijuana plants was not specified.
