Metro Police and arson detectives are investigating an early morning fire after one person was found dead, the Clark County Fire Department reported.
Multiple calls reporting a fire at 2:19 a.m. sent firefighters to a home in the 1800 block of Glistening Sands Drive, near the intersection of Warm Springs Road and Eastern Avenue, fire officials said.
Crews arrived within 10 minutes and extinguished the blaze. The fire caused about $75,000 in damage, officials said. Nobody else was injured.
